Hello and welcome, I'm Heather and I specialize in natural handmade hot & cold process soap. My personal favorites are pure bars made with essential oils, clays, herbs, butters, rich incense type fragrances, and sometimes beer. I love them all, so you'll find a little bit of everything in here.

I have a love affair with soap, in fact I even brush my teeth and wash my hair with it. I love the fact that each and every bar is jam-packed with goodness. Suspended in each bar you have a little bit of restoration for your spirit. Soap is indeed my life therapy. When I'm down I'm picked up by a bar of patchouli. When I'm stressed, or anxious and the cares of this world start to weigh me down I reach for the lavender. When I'm cranky and frigid I reach for amore. Yes, its true, I love soap.

When I'm not in soap therapy I'm busy making candles with natural, clean burning waxes like beeswax and soy. Beeswax in itself is natures little miracle... How wonderful the honeybee is in all of his glory! Not only does he have a built in compass in the form of his antennae to build his comb in a perfect hexagon shape, he locks in all that sweet honey, he 'caps' it all in.

I also like to bead. Beading will always remain my first love. It was when I (who can't even draw a straight line) realized I too can create! It's hard to imagine a world without beads. I guess that's why they've been traded and used as currency for so long. Ah, the good old days.

I'm also a lover of vintage, kitchy, retro type stuff. But I've got way too much and my possesions are crying out against me and weighing me down. You're really helping me achieve my earthly dream, by buying my handmade goods. I'm hoping and praying for a simpler life.
